Tobi Ransomed with over 12 years of professional experience in the education sector is a passionate educator committed to improving quality education in Nigeria. Her work has impacted countless children, especially girls and children with disabilities, through various successful education initiatives.

Tobi holds an MA (Master of Arts) in Early Childhood Studies from the University of Huddersfield and is the Consortium Lead and Education Advisor with an international development organization. She's also the Convener of The Development Conversations, a platform for development practitioners driving change.

She is and experienced educator with a demonstrated history of working in emergency and development contexts; the non-profit organization and mainstream education. Skilled in education program implementation, curriculum development, teacher training, coordination, management and child protection programming.

Tobi is a highly motivated, dependable professional who demonstrates strong work ethic and professionalism in handling various organizational functions. A team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building productive relationships and building rapport with a diverse set of individuals.
